GENERAL

I will send you a proposal within 5 days of receiving your request.

Prices may increase in the future.

Completed illustrations may be posted on my social media or portfolio unless privacy is requested.

PRODUCTION FLOW

Commission accepted — I’ll provide a rough estimate and schedule.

Payment confirmed.

Production begins with color roughs.

Final check and delivery (PNG and PSD format)

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

Delivery is estimated to take 1–4 weeks after production begins.

Actual start date depends on my current schedule.

If you have a specific deadline, let me know in advance. Rush fees may apply.

Final files will be delivered in PNG and PSD formats.

USE

All copyright belongs to the artist.

You may use the artwork for personal purposes such as social media or streaming (e.g. X, Twitch, YouTube).

Commercial use, such as for merchandise, requires an additional licensing fee.

REFUNDS

I reserve the right to cancel the order in case of a breach of terms.

If payment has not yet been made, you may cancel by messaging me.

If a forced refund is issued through a third party, you will lose all rights to the artwork, and I retain full rights to resell.

In such cases, you may be blacklisted from future commissions.

Refunds are only issued when mutually agreed upon.
